Day-to-day Responsibilities:
Own a research portfolio, working closely with clients, project managers, and our Research Operations team to execute complex qualitative research studies from inception to completion
Lead complex, mixed methods, moderated and unmoderated UX research studies
Quickly produce high-quality research reports with actionable data-driven insights and recommendations
Consolidate and summarize the findings from other UX Researchers into one cohesive report
Work together with clients, project managers, and sales teams to drive future research strategy
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in HCI, Anthropology, Psychology, Sociology, or related field
3+ years of work experience as a User Experience Researcher
1+ years of work experience in a Senior / Lead capacity
Experience conducting UX research with diverse audiences and / or participants outside of the United States
Expertise in ethnographic research and other generative research methods
Effective communication and presentation skills; able to comfortably engage with client stakeholders
Broad experience in qualitative research methods across all phases of the software development cycle
Comfortable with metrics to measure research impact
Strong background in storytelling and data visualization
Ability to work well with global remote teams
Preferred Skills or Experience:
Deep sense of empathy and understanding
Experience conducting quantitative UX studies
Previous consultative experience is a huge plus!
Experience using the Google office suite
Location:
Remote; Able to work anywhere within the United States
Base Salary:
$125,000 - $145,000
Salary range for this position is included in accordance with current state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, experience, and performance in the role.
