We are seeking a talented SR. ACCOUNT MANAGER to join our rock star account management team. You will work with sales and project management daily to ensure client satisfaction.

JOB SUMMARY:

Provide comprehensive service to clients, sales consultants and projects from initial project definition, creation, sale, quoting, order processing, production, reconciliation, trouble shooting and invoicing. Work with Sales Consultant, Project Managers and all Operations Departments to ensure accurate completion of the project within the given time frame, budget while adhering to best practices, stung ethics, company policy and procedure. Ensure reconciliation, invoicing and problem resolution process is prompt, accurate and thorough.

In addition to providing above services individually on select accounts, the Senior Account Managers have the responsibility to achieve these goals through developing, training, and mentoring Account Coordinators and lower level Account Managers.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Training, developing, mentoring, goal setting of members on the AM team.
  • Reviewing the performance and attitude of the individuals on the team and making recommendations for salary increases and/or promotions.
  • Proactively work hand-in-hand to support Sales Consultants in seeking new business, preparing proposals, processing orders, estimating services, coordinating projects and serving clients.
  • Work with necessary departments to conduct project meetings, organize timelines, and coordinate projects.
  • Obtain quotes from approved vendors for outsourced items. Generate purchase orders to vendors and reconcile costs once vendor invoices are received.
  • Provide Proposals for Show Services including shipping, material handling, electrical, rigging, internet, cleaning, I&D labor, supervisions, any other reasonable service requested by client.
  • Process orders by releasing work orders, production orders and shipment orders to appropriate departments. Ensure accurate completion dates entered and met by all departments.
  • Verify Purchase Order confirmations from vendors including prices, delivery dates, colors, quantities, and shipping information
  • Main point of contact for EMP clients (Exhibit Management Program). Maintain and update show schedule for those clients.
  • Quality control all projects with Operations team prior to shipping.
  • Assist in collecting deposits and final payments on all orders.
  • Responsible for final invoicing of projects.
  • Assist on-call technicians as necessary to resolve client issues.
  • Ensure the coordination of, all required departments, new projects, and complete the project within the client provided deadlines.
  • Review and verify the sales order and backup documents including quotes, calendar/timelines, colors, approvals, deposits.
  • Validate timelines with the sales consultant, production department and vendors. Immediately communicate changes or revisions of timeline when applicable.
  • Confirm schedule for client preview date and time and communicate to necessary production departments
  • Verify and assist in collection of balance due prior to shipping
  • Attend client preview/training and complete any follow up on the project
  • Reconcile sales orders, purchase orders and vendor invoices, submit sales order for invoicing
  • Attend all departmental, sales, team meetings
  • Learn TTGs standard policies, products, services, culture, and procedures
  • Promote positive attitude and culture within your team and within the company
  • Work effectively and demonstrate respect for colleagues at all levels and consistently contribute to a positive work environment
  • Consistently demonstrate ability to successfully move into problem-solving mode whenever challenges or concerns arise
  • Work effectively with Operations departments to manage all EMP account related needs including, but not limited to hardware and graphic inventory, online order process issues, show site orders and expectations, quality control.
  • Other duties as assigned

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelors Degree or work equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in sales support or account management.
  • Must possess proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Multi-tasking skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects are critical.
  • Must possess strong PC Windows based skills and ability to learn new programs/procedures quickly.
  • Must develop expert level of knowledge of products, services, pricing, and Microsoft Navision as it pertains to Account Management
  • The position requires good, basic, clerical and administrative skills with emphasis on verbal and written communication skills (in English), good common sense; positive attitude; willingness to take initiative; and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Must have excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to operate computer hardware and to work with and learn new software applications.
  • Ability to express ideas clearly and concisely, in writing and verbally.
  • Ability to work accurately and quickly under company deadlines.
  • Cooperative, courteous, flexible and good natured.
  • Conscientious, persistent, resourceful, productive and active.
  • Must have the ability to exercise considerable judgment and discretion in establishing and maintaining good working relationships and deal with employees in an efficient and professional manner.
  • Must have trade show experience
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Must have attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks and commitment to meeting and exceeding deadlines and goals.
  • Valid drivers license.
