The Science team develop algorithms and technologies using the mathematic framework to address business challenges analytically. The algorithms and technologies then feed into the analytical engines of Analytic Partners! Science Team is an integral part of R&D Group that builds science and technology applications that feed the analytical engines for AP! The team is comprised of motivated individuals that do exceptional work. They face challenges together and they win together. You’ll collaborate with a fun and agile team to architect, implement, test, and continuously deliver new features and products to our company and clients!
The shared salary range is based on our good-faith belief at the time of posting. While the range is for the expectations as laid out in the job description, we are often open to a wide variety of candidates and recognize that the person we hire may be less experienced or more senior than this job description as posted. Total compensation may vary based on work experience, geographic location, market conditions, education/training, and skill level. Compensation range - $90,000-$130,000/yr base plus an additional annual cash bonus+ equity + benefits.

What you’ll be doing:
- Help to develop new solutions for AP’s client base, expanding the scope of deliverables through innovative projects and products
- Employ sophisticated analytic methodologies to help teams work through challenging business questions
- Analyze data and create novel analytical solutions to answer business questions
- Research statistical/ML methodologies to solve client problems and further develop AP’s product
- Identify Innovative ways to drive efficiency in our data and modeling processes
What we look for in you:
- 5+ years of working professional experience
- Advanced degree in a quantitative field (e.g., computer science, statistics, engineering, physics, mathematics, etc.)
- Prior experience with Analytical Modeling Platform or Media or Agency Industry experience is essential
- Extensive experience with SQL and Python / R
- Technical understanding of probability & statistics, machine learning and optimization algorithms.
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Great work ethic and intellectual curiosity
- Desire and ability to work well with others in a team environment
