Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Compensation, the Sr. Compensation Analyst provides global market intelligence insights and consulting for assigned client groups on their compensation needs. Administers market data management tool, leading the process for survey data refresh and market pricing. Coordinates development of and updates to salary ranges across multiple countries. Analyzes competitive data for target markets and recommends solutions to compensation challenges. Contributes expertise to compensation projects, providing analysis and recommendations on programs and practices.

This job can be performed remotely from US locations in CST or EST time zones.
Responsibilities
  • Provides compensation expertise and support to Compensation, HR Business Partner, and Talent Acquisition teams. Conducts competitive pay assessments and consults with the business on their compensation needs.
  • Conducts market assessments to evaluate competitiveness of target incentives, pay mix and total target cash. Presents business case for any recommended changes.
  • Coordinates development and update of global salary ranges, job codes, grades, bonus targets, etc.
  • Provides compensation support for cross-functional HR projects, such as M&A activity and HR systems implementations.
  • Partners with HR Operations to ensure accuracy and integrity of compensation data in HRIS and identifies process improvement opportunities.
  • Actively supports HR team members and cross-functional partners and looks for opportunities to improve processes, policies, and business support.
  • Ensures compliance with local/federal compensation requirements and statutes.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent and 5-8+ years related experience; global experience in a medical device or other high-tech environment highly desired.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and other analytics tools with a strong ability to summarize recommendations in PowerPoint presentation format.
  • Prior experience with Payfactors and Workday desired
  • Excellent analytical, organizational and project management skills with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to balance competing priorities with a strong sense of urgency in driving projects to completion.
  • Knowledge of compensation/employment laws.
  • Ability to handle confidential employee information with discretion and good judgment.

Min $92,400 - Max $166,500
The pay wage range shown is based on the job posting's primary location. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, experience, certifications, and location.
