Sr. Director Product Management

Acxiom is seeking an experienced, passionate leader with experience in leading Product for data-centric businesses. The ideal candidate will have previous success in managing data products, experience engaging with data engineering and analytics/data science teams to produce commercial offerings, comfortable working collaboratively across teams and help us define our data culture. You believe in continuous improvement and are a practitioner of data-informed decision-making. You are comfortable leading teams through all phases of the product lifecycle.

• This role can be home-based almost anywhere in the U.S.

• Innovative leadership to continue evolving our product suite and drive future success. Set the strategy for understanding needs, and leverage them to guide ideation and define product requirements.
• Create and champion market-informed data product vision that supports Acxiom strategies. Strategize and execute on growth initiatives and capabilities.
• Navigate the multiple diverse markets with separate commercialization requirements across direct and indirect channel models, offline and online marketplaces.
• Manage and grow a team of product managers, while expanding existing product work streams.
• Deliver effectively on product roadmaps through the product development process, prioritizing product roadmap and initiatives for the development teams
• Product commercial strategy including business case, product profitability, and forecasting
• Working with marketing, sales, and delivery functions to define go-to-market strategy, define delivery strategy, and engage customers
• Managing communications with external customers and internal teams
• Drive operational rigor, apply best practices and processes through rapid organizational growth

• 10+ years of experience in product management; including at least 5 years building and delivering successful data products, solutions, and capabilities.
• Experience with designing and launching data into the digital ecosystem, with successful data on-boarding, and evolving data products through the changing identity landscape.
• Experience leveraging privacy-by-design principles, and ensuring consumer privacy and compliance is a core product design factor.
• Ability to build trust and rapport with technical teams, executive and business leadership, customers, and end users.
• Continually define ways to improve business satisfaction and deepen stakeholder relationships.
• Strong level of strategic thinking and ability to translate strategy into execution plans with a bias towards action
• Experience with Product P&L management
• Experience effectively leading teams
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done.
