Overview:
The Sr. Executive Assistant will support the Chief Security Officer plus provide administrative support to others within the department as needed. Keen analytical skills, attention to detail, presentation skills, and unquestionable judgment and integrity are an absolute must. This position requires an individual capable of anticipating needs, problem-solving, and collaborating with a diverse and energetic group of supply chain technology professionals and executives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing schedules and conflicting appointments for the Chief Security Officer (CSO) and other Executive(s) as needed
Assisting with onboarding of new hires
Assisting with the preparation of presentations and materials for internal and external meetings, specifically at the executive level
Preparing and proof-reading Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentations, agendas, reports, special projects, and other documents in support of objectives of the Security organization
Assisting with maintenance of data bases and websites, and other duties as may be assigned
Planning and coordinating department meetings and events
Managing the procurement of office supplies and other needs of the Security Organization, including payment and expense reporting and budget management and reporting
Responsible for managing schedules, arrange appointments, travel, meetings, conference calls for assigned Executive(s); including coordinating the planning of meetings and gatherings to include room preparation and catering
Responsible for preparing confidential communication and maintaining files and communications for assigned Executive(s)
Responsible for planning and coordinating frequent domestic and international travel arrangements
Responsible for entering and completing expense reports on the Executives behalf in a timely manner with efficient turnaround times, and accuracy
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Ability to quickly learn new technologies, programs, and applications; experience with Workday is a huge plus
Highly organized and detail oriented with a proactive workstyle
Strong scheduling / coordination skills and comfort with last-minute changes
Thrive in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment
Proactive and able to take initiative
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional level of professional integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion of highly sensitive information
Collaborative, accountable, and takes initiative / ownership of projects and outcomes naturally
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or combined experience/education as a substitute for the minimum education requirement
5+ years of experience providing high-level administrative support at the executive level
Experience within a technology or SaaS environment is a plus
Experience supporting executive leadership within tech or software sales, and/or professional services highly preferred
Location: Dallas Metro Area, Texas (driving distance from North Dallas)

The salary range for this position is: USD $77,050.00 – $97,150.00
The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
