ITV America (ITVA) is the largest independent producer of non-scripted content in America through its production companies Leftfield Pictures, Sirens Media, Loud TV, Outpost Entertainment, High Noon Entertainment, Gurney Productions, Thinkfactory Media, and ITV Entertainment. ITVA is a reality television powerhouse with hundreds of hours of cutting-edge and innovative unscripted programming, airing on various major networks and streamers. We produce leading content including Hell’s Kitchen, Queer Eye, Love Island, Pawn Stars, and Real Housewives of NJ, just to name a few.

We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to bebased out of Los Angeles and report to the Director of Accounting. This role requires an individual who has experience in integrating robust accounting systems and procedures and is highly motivated with the ability to be flexible with ever-changing priorities. This role will initially support the finance function for the portfolio of businesses across the ITVA portfolio, including ITV Entertainment, Leftfield Pictures, Thinkfactory, Sirens, and Good Caper. Solid communication, technology, and analytical skills are a must for success.

The targeted salary for this role is $99,000 including benefits (medical, vision, dental, paid time off, 401(k) match, etc)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform reconciliations for cash, GL, and intercompany accounts on a monthly basis
• Prepare Journal Entries and provide support as part of the month end close process
• Maintain Fixed Asset ledger - month end close procedures and reporting
• Track and analyze project cash outflows, support project cash forecasting, and settling cross system billbacks and collection process
• Support procure to pay process for corporate overheads, credit card spend, and processing payroll into the GL
• Prepare information to tax department for reporting, tax planning and compliance
• Prepare information for internal and external audits
• Maintain documentation ensuring ITV’s internal controls are maintained

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or related field, CPA preferred
• Minimum of 2-4 years financial and accounting experience, preferably in the entertainment sector
• Mix of public accounting and private experience preferred
• Strong background in General Ledger, Financial Analysis, US GAAP, Financial Reporting in a multi company environment
• Experience in Oracle and/or large ERP experience a plus
• Strong excel skills in analysis and modeling
• Critical thinker with innovative solutions to complex business issues
• Enjoy working in a fast paced environment with a wide variety of people and personalities
