What's Cool About This Job:

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Lifecycle Campaign Operations (Build and Implementation) to join our growing Lifecycle Marketing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the delivery of cutting-edge marketing campaigns in a fast-paced environment with rapidly evolving marketing demands. You’ll create best practices and define processes for designing, building and governing E2E campaigns across all owned channels and events, and recognize the need to reassess and implement new processes, metrics, and standards as needs evolve and the team continues to grow.
The Day to Day:
  • Lead subject-matter expert on our ESP (HubSpot) and CDP (Segment), fully understanding the broader platform capabilities and translating this into best practices for building campaigns
  • Support the migration and delivery of an email and data transformation program. This will include migrating emails from existing platforms and managing concurrent email builds on two platforms during migration
  • Work closely with Lifecycle Marketers, listening to their needs to understand what they are trying to achieve, recommending and delivering smart, measurable solutions to get the best results
  • Responsible for the E2E delivery of cross-channel campaigns, sharing your expertise to grow the knowledge and capabilities of team members, and coaching and mentoring to support the continual development of others
  • Work closely with broader Lifecycle Operations team to ensure all campaigns and experiments are measurable across all channels and optimized for highest-impact
  • Support the design of systems and processes to accelerate and optimize cross-functional operations, such as asset creation, naming conventions, tagging and tracking, reporting, etc.
  • Leverage metrics, process excellence and technology to eliminate inefficiencies, increasing speed and accuracy of delivery across all marketing channels
  • Manage access and governance of HubSpot’s marketing automation tools, validate use cases for new users and ensure the right level of access and training
  • Work closely with Analytics to evaluate marketing program effectiveness against key metrics and KPI’s, delivering recommendations for improvement to the Marketing teams
  • Work closely with Lifecycle team to ensure the highest level of care and respect is always taken with customer data
Your Expertise and Passion:
  • 5+ years of experience in operations focusing on execution of marketing campaigns
  • 2+ years of experience as a people manager, ideally leading a campaign ops team in an agency or client-side environment
  • Hands-on technical experience operating, architecting and/or implementing an enterprise MAP or Journey Orchestration platform
  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented, highly analytical and data-driven with a results-focused mindset
  • Comfortable initiating and leading efforts, projects and programs in ambiguous environments
  • Expert knowledge of multi-channel best practices, deliverability and data protection laws
  • Strong collaboration skills, confidence to challenge the status quo and influence cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with optimization and design collaboration tools (e.g. Litmus, Figma, etc…)
  • Strong understanding of how to test, measure and evaluate the incremental impact of marketing efforts

Base Salary Range
$124,000.00 - $186,000.00
We believe that compensation should be reflective of the impact you have within the organization relative to the market value of your role. The estimated base salary range for this position is as listed above. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Our salary ranges are determined by job role and responsibilities and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for salaries for the position nationwide. The actual base pay will vary based on various factors including job-related skills and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process.
