This role is based in Parsippany, NJ, and is hybrid.

What we will achieve together
As Sr. Manager, of Digital Contentyou will be responsible for the development, implementation, coordination, and monitoring of all content for the company across the All-Clad, T-fal, Rowenta, and Krups brands. Working in conjunction with the Marketing Directors, you will need to ensure that the product and brand strategies are fully leveraged and expressed in all content.

Contribute to our development
  • Reporting directly to the Sales and Consumer Activation Director you are an ambassador for all Groupe SEB USA brands of the Direct-to-Consumer activity on Marketplaces. As such, you:
  • Collaborate with the marketing and brand teams to develop an overarching content strategy aligned with our brand vision and business objectives.
  • Lead a team of content producers, including agencies and internal designers, videographers, and other creative professionals.
  • Oversee the entire content production process, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external agencies, and freelancers to facilitate smooth content production workflows.
  • Provide creative direction and feedback to content producers throughout the creation process.
  • Implement a content distribution strategy to maximize the reach and impact of our content across various platforms, including websites, PDP’s, email marketing, and more.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in content production and distribution, and proactively identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Facilitate the sharing of content internally across brands and markets and externally with key retail partners
  • Serve as in-house expert for DAM system, working with corporate team in France to implement trainings and updates as necessary.
  • Ensure all content produced meets high-quality standards and is aligned with our brand guidelines.
  • Conduct thorough content reviews and edits to maintain accuracy, clarity, and relevance.
  • Maintain consistency in tone, messaging, and visual elements across all content pieces.
Bring your skills
  • Business/Communication/Digital Marketing background with 5-8 years experience ; Bachelors degree, Masters degree is a plus
  • Proven experience in content production, preferably in a leadership role
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of content marketing strategies and best practices.
  • Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS) and other relevant tools
  • Roster of creative agency/professional agencies including copywriters, photographers, videographers, etc
  • Solid general understanding of digital technology including infrastructure and software, at a conceptual level not necessarily the ability to execute
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly collaborative nature, able to work in matrixed structures
  • Dynamic personality able to work in a fast-paced environment
