ABOUT THE TEAM
The Sr. Manager, Revenue & Operations role will be at the center of our B2B efforts - driving impact by helping Bestow acquire new partners and improving our performance within existing partners. It is an exciting role for anyone passionate about customers, driving tangible business results, and learning the ropes of driving B2B Revenue.
This role reports to our Head of Partner Success.

Develop, articulate and refresh the Bestow go-to-market strategy for B2B partnerships, working closely with sales and product leaders

Translate strategy into specific execution plans and priorities, and drive execution individually and through other teams

Maintain a current, prioritized map of business development opportunities across channels, industries, and segments

Work with sales teams to develop standard sales collateral, custom proposals, and prepare for individual partner conversations

Analyze and develop proposals for pricing, including custom pricing for specific partners and promotions throughout the customer lifecycle

Maintain an understanding of the competitive landscape for each of Bestow’s business lines and product offerings

Collect and aggregate partner feedback; analyze and draw product and go-to-market insight based on findings

Perform analysis to identify opportunities to optimize revenue across channels, customers, and products

Partner with Marketing and Communications teams to elevate Bestow’s B2B brand

Work with sales leaders to develop revenue and volume forecasts across channels

Manage and report on BizDev efforts through Salesforce, partnering to improve ongoing reporting and management

Build processes to drive consistency in business development efforts across customers and channels

4 years of experience at a top-tier management consulting firm or bizops/strategy role

Strong business acumen and strategic problem-solving skills

Bias towards action - the ability to work autonomously and problem-solve independently in a fast-paced environment

Experience in revenue operations, including implementation of revenue optimization processes (e.g., pricing, lead generation, value proposition definition, sales organization)

Passionate about finding innovative ways to solve partners’ needs

Outstanding written and verbal communication; ability to clearly communicate at all levels, from employees to partners to senior leadership

Excellent analytical capabilities - comfortable with structuring and executing complex analysis
