The Sr. Product Owner is responsible for creating and delivering the product vision for IT for Users & HR Applications and Automation which will focus on promoting advanced Human Resources, Corporate Communications, and Contract and Document Management products. The Sr. Product Owner will, in partnership with the global organization, regional teams and senior local business personnel, define and implement the product vision for a comprehensive solution set that will meet the needs of our entities in NORAM and LATAM. This organization is designed to work on an agile framework and therefore will deliver value using product methodologies, with squads that will also be composed of Product Analyst(s), Chapter roles (or technical specialists) and a Scrum Master.
This position is hybrid and can be based in either White Plains, NY or Broomfield, CO.

The base compensation range for this position is $160,000-$185,000 commensurate with experience.
