Sr. Program Manager

As a Sr. Program Manager, you'll be responsible for the engineering, design, software development, configuration management, integration and testing, troubleshooting, logistics, and other technical services, with the goal to make an impact across the federal government.

What you'll do:

• Conduct operational planning, establishment, execution, and evaluation of a multifaceted program/project typically consisting of a set of closely related subprograms or associated activities.
• Oversee fiscal, operational, administrative, and human resources management of the program.
• Seek and develop outside funding sources.
• Serve as the principal point of representation and liaison with external constituencies on operational matters.
• Provide day-to-day technical/professional guidance and leadership as appropriate to the area of expertise.

What you'll need to succeed:

• BS/BA in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business or related scientific/technical discipline.
• PMP certification or DAWIA (Advanced) certification in program management.
• 10 Years of years of experience managing DoD contracts/task orders and supervision of military hardware/software development, or related systems.
• Experience supporting Army customers at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Product Manager Tactical Cyber and Network Operations (PdM TCNO) preferred.
• Ability to support and provide recommendations in support of the Army's Unified Network Operations (NetOps) Convergence strategy.
• An active DoD Secret Security Clearance.
