Sr. Project Coordinator - Project Management

We are looking forward to hire Project Management Professionals in the following areas :

• In MS Project workstream update meetings identify downstream impacts of activity completion date changes, liaise directly with the owners of dependent activities
• Manage the ‘plan on a page’ document updates for Waves to ensure workstream activity completion changes are reflected as soon as possible
• Identify issues/risks for escalation within PMO/wider programme, follow up and manage the burndown
• Input identified risks from workstream plan call to the central risk tracker on Sharepoint.
• The role would be to shadow the Deployment Leads and specifically manage the detailed project plan and dependencies for them.
• Updating detailing wave Project plan as per requirement.
• Incorporating dependencies on a project plan.
• To work closely with customer PMO.
• Apart from MS Project experience, general grounding in project management and RAID processes.
• Having strong knowledge of MS office, SharePoint, etc.
