Job Title: I&E Technician IIIJoin our dynamic team as a I&E Technician III. This role is perfect for a skilled technician who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to apply their knowledge of electronics principles to maintain and repair electronic and electrical equipment and controls.Job Responsibilities• Safely install all instrumentation and electrical components.• Troubleshoot issues with control systems and complex equipment.• Maintain, modify, and troubleshoot Distributive Control Systems (DCS) and/or Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC).• Maintain advanced monitoring devices.• Read and interpret complex electrical drawings and update them as necessary.• Perform preventative and general maintenance on electronic and pneumatic equipment.Skills Required• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.• Technical trade school graduation, apprenticeship, certification, or associate degree in instrumentation or related studies is preferred.• Journeyman electrical designation is highly preferred.• Thorough knowledge of electrical codes and familiarity with AC voltage (120-480) three phase and single phase plus 24 VDC.• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.• Minimum of 5+ years of electrical and instrumentation experience, preferably in an energy-related industry.About SSi PeopleWith over 25 years of industry experience, SSi People has built its reputation and expertise on putting people first.
