Join Our Team as a Culinary Systems Analyst!

Compensation:

  • $59,000 - $75,000 / year
  • This is a temporary position (about 18-24 months) with an opportunity to move into a permanent analyst role.

As a  Culinary Systems Analyst , you’ll play a key role in programming and troubleshooting restaurant POS systems, training culinary teams, and supporting our operational technology across airport locations. This role requires travel across the U.S. and Canada (~50%) to support our restaurant teams in adopting these critical systems.

What You'll Do:

  • Serve as the go-to expert for implementing Micros Simphony and CrunchTime across multiple airport restaurants.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain system performance, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Collaborate with teams to address technical issues, system updates, and training needs.
  • Analyze recipes, nutritional data, and menu costs to ensure compliance with USDA and FDA guidelines.
  • Write clear and accurate culinary preparation methods and HACCP procedures.
  • Independently manage multiple system rollouts and provide hands-on support during transitions.
  • Travel frequently to assist teams on-site and provide direct support.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a  Chef, Kitchen Manager , or in a similar role.
  • Technical proficiency with restaurant operations software like Micros Simphony and CrunchTime.
  • Strong understanding of nutrition, food safety regulations, and menu costing.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently across the U.S. and Canada (~50%) and meet airport security requirements.
