This position plays a vital role in the HR Service Delivery Center, serving as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and contributing to the development of streamlined customer support workflows that enhance collaboration and automate processes across all HR teams.Responsibilities• Utilizing ServiceNow as the ticketing portal to resolve issues• Escalating unresolved issues to Subject Matter Experts as needed• Supporting HR operations at Tier 1 and Tier 2 levels in Workday and other HR systems• Conducting documentation reviews• Identifying process gaps within HR teams, and participating in data analysis to drive continuous improvement• Additionally, this role fosters innovation by collaborating with team members to identify and implement efficiency enhancementsIf you're passionate about making a meaningful impact through innovative HR solutions, we look forward to receiving your application and resume.Minimum Education:• High school diploma/GED required.Minimum Experience:• Minimum Requirement: 2+ years of experience in any HR-related area.• Experience Exception: Bachelor's degree required with some experience in an HR-related area preferred.• Working knowledge/familiarity with HRIS systems, HR laws, and state & local laws as applicable, preferred.• Some experience with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel), is preferred.• Proven performance in earlier roles.CompensationIn recognition of certain U.S. state and municipal pay transparency laws, St. Jude is including a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This is an estimate offered in good faith and a specific salary offer takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the salary range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
