Team Overview:

The Staff Accountant will work under the direction of the Director, Assistant Controller. This position will need to exercise a high level of independence, accountability, teamwork, good judgment and attention to detail in order to provide outstanding service to the business. Looking to find someone ready to bring their skills to our fast-paced environment and fuel process improvement and accounting excellence.

What you will do:

• Assisting with the day to day, monthly and year-end operations of the Accounting Department.
• Performing general account analysis and reconciliations.
• Maintaining and balancing subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions & resolving discrepancies.
• Tracking and maintaining of the fixed asset details.
• Assistance with accounts receivable and accounts payable functions, as needed.
• Assisting in the preparation of financial statements and supporting schedules.
• Preparing for financial statement reviews / audits, including pulling documentation, preparing audit schedules, and tying out financial statements.
• Using accounting concepts, experience, and analytical skills, to resolve moderately complex issues in creative and effective ways.
• Utilizing data analytical skills to enhance and improve deliverables to the business.
• Cross-training and/or assisting other team members.

What you will bring:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required
• 2 plus years of prior accounting experience required
• Resourceful, organized, detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities to meet tight deadlines.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including use of pivot tables

Compensation and Benefits:

The benefits listed below may vary depending on the nature of your employment with Impinj and the country where you work.

The typical base pay range for this role across the US is $62,000 - $90,000. Individual base pay depends on various factors such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties, requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Both market wage data and the mid-point of the pay range is reviewed and used as the starting point for all new hire offers. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time.

At Impinj certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee's role.
