Staff Accountant - job 3 of 3
Job Summary:
NOW CFO is seeking a highly talented Staff Accountant to act as a full-time employee on client engagements aimed at assisting small to mid-sized businesses with various accounting challenges. The Staff Accountant will work alongside expert employees in identifying and creating solutions for accounting and finance problems. The ideal candidate must be a detail-oriented, organized, reliable, fast-learning, and energetic individual with a high level of integrity.
ON SITE
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, accounting records, and other financial reports
- Develop and examine financial reports for budgets, business operations, and other financial needs
- Ensure adherence to standard requirements through conducting audits
- Create financial reports and formulate new processes aimed at improving financial efficiency and productivity
- Report analytical findings and analysis to relevant management teams
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in accounting or other related fields
- In-depth knowledge of GAAP
- Proficiency in using various computer accounting programs and reporting tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance preferred
