This is a unique role that involves building a 0 → 1 product offering at Lattice. You’ll work closely with your Research, Product, and Engineering counterparts, as well as go-to-market teams, in order to plan, design, and launch a new product to our growing customer base. This position is remote eligible and is an excellent opportunity if you thrive in shaping ambiguous spaces and going from "zero to one."
You have 6+ years of professional experience designing experiences that empower the end-user.
You enjoy taking an active role in the development process, have experience leading large-scale initiatives, and strive to continuously improve design practices.
You’re a great communicator and collaborator.
