Shift Details:
36 hrs/wk
M-F 7am -3:30pm (some Mondays may be 6:30 - 2:30)

Serve as workforce scheduler using the scheduling and time attendance systems. Create and distribute reports to assist leadership in staff workload management. Receive and review documents and information for data input. Check accuracy and relevance of input and output data used in key information technology systems in perioperative services. Provide basic technical support and training to perioperative services staff.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one year experience working with databases and/or Excel and/or employee schedules required.

  • High school education or equivalent required.

  • Associate's degree in information technology or related field OR equivalent combination of education/experience combined (one year of education equals one year of experience) required.

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills required.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel required.

  • Effective interpersonal skills and ability to work well with peers and management team required.

  • Well organized, detail minded, and self-motivating required.

  • Ability to prioritize and assess workload in order to meet deadlines required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience creating ad hoc reports preferred.

  • Experience in a central sterile processing environment or other perioperative environment preferred.

  • Experience working with EPIC preferred.

  • Experience with Kronos/My Time preferred.

  • Knowledge of hardware and software in computers and networked environments preferred.

  • Experience with typical office equipment (e.g., telephone, software, pager) preferred.
