Staff Software Engineer - Platform Team

Working at the intersection of hardware, software, and molecular science, Carbon is committed to delivering on the promise of 3D printing, enabling commercial customers to go beyond basic prototyping to producing products with real-world applications. You’ll join a close-knit team, working with experts in 3D geometry, web technologies, Linux, and everything in between. We are looking for a Platform Back End Engineer who will join in redefining the 3D printing industry.

You will…

Build scalable platform infrastructure for the future of Carbon3D software products
Collaborate with a diverse team of engineers, product management, and customers
Own and drive projects end-to-end and influence technology and architectural decisions
Mentor, educate, and support those around you, as well as be able to grow as a person and leader

You have…

Expert knowledge in any Node.js (javascript), Ruby, golang, or python
Experience in working with AWS, GCP or Azure, or similar
Strong communication, debugging, and problem-solving skills
Minimum seven years of experience
