$83,200.00 - $154,400.00
At Infinera, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. Your actual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. This role may be eligible for equity grants, discretionary bonuses, or commission payments. The amount of these incentives is based on the terms of the Company’s incentive plans, the Company’s financial performance, and/or individual employee job performance.

This individual contributor will have ownership of the day-to-day responsibilities of Stock Plan Administration. This individual will support the Manager of Stock Plan Administration with managing stock plan activities, automating our currently manual processes and ad hoc projects. This is an outstanding opportunity for an Accounting/Finance professional to expand their knowledge and skills in the growing field of stock administration and accounting automation.
Your Key Responsibilities Would Include:

Responsible for end-to-end processing of monthly restricted stock releases on Equity Edge Online (EEO) for employees in 25+ countries.

Working with 35+ global payroll entities to ensure accurate and timely tax withholding and reporting for RSU/PSU releases. Updating YTD taxes from US payroll provided files prior to each RSU release.

Facilitating the monthly and quarterly new grant process for new hires, promotions, retention, and annual focal awards.

Preparing Monthly and Quarterly journal entries of Stock Based Comp, Par Value, RSU tax withholding and booking the entries into SAP.

Preparing monthly and quarterly reconciliations of Shares Issued and Outstanding, Stock Plan Activities, SBC expense, and Equity Roll forward.

Preparing quarterly SOX items such as Grants Recon of EEO to Board Minutes, Reconciliations of Departments and Cost Centers, System Access Audit.

Working with external auditors (EY) on quarterly audits by preparing PBC samples, providing recons and SOX items for auditor review.

Preparing the Stockholders Equity footnotes for use on the quarterly 10-Q and annual 10-K SEC filings.

Providing excellent customer service to equity plan participants by timely resolving employee inquiries via a Stock Admin mailbox.

Monitor daily API feeds to identify and resolve any errors.

Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies as it relates to stock administration.

Assist with payroll processing and accounting, as needed.

Identify and drive continuous process improvement including workflow automation.
Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in Accounting or Finance.

Minimum of 2 years’ experience with a public company.
Education & Experience Necessary For Success:

Effective interpersonal skills (oral and written) and the ability to communicate effectively will all levels of organization.

Strong systems skills, including Excel, SAP, BPC, PowerPoint, E*TRADE Equity Edge Online

Experience in automation tools is a plus (Alteryx / RPA)
