Accounting Clerk

Staff4Me is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk to join our finance team. In this role, you will assist with various accounting tasks to support the overall financial operations of the company. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in accounting while contributing to a dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• ·Categorize bank / credit card transactions
• Onboard customers to system
• Send invoices and issue credit memos
• Onboard vendors to system
• ·ode Bills in Bills.com
• Maintain Subledger schedules
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts

• Strong experience with accrual accounting
• Preferable to have experience with GAAP compliant setting (for example, you've supported businesses who have annual GAAP audits)
• Preferable to have experience with Google Sheets and Google Drive
• Strong experience with QuickBooks Online (would be great if they have any kind of QuickBooks certification Not a Requirement)
• Preferable experience using Bill.com.
