What you'll do


As a senior member of our Brand Design team, you’ll be instrumental in helping shape a world-class brand. While you'll have the opportunity to touch and influence various aspects of our brand strategy, you'll specialize in our Product Marketing — how we tell the story of the value of our platform. You'll also mentor team members earlier in their career, supporting them and the work they produce. This role will report to our Brand Design Manager.


  • Deliver incredible product marketing experiences
  • Design product marketing experiences and campaigns that help tell the story of the value Lattice delivers to its customers. This work spans various mediums like web, out-of-home campaigns (e.g. billboards), and video. As part of this work, you'll collaborate with various cross-functional teams (Product Marketing, Sales, Product Design, and Product Management).
  • Manage our website and Webflow experience so that the "front page" of Lattice always represents us in the best light. (Haven't worked with Webflow before? That's okay — we'll just want a willingness to learn it).
  • Collaborate with GTM and EPD partners in understanding the needs of the prospect, customer, and business to identify the product marketing gaps worth prioritizing.


  • Support the evolution of our brand
  • Collaborate with marketing leaders and other Brand Design team members in shaping the evolution of Lattice's brand, voice, and strategy as our company and platform evolve.
  • Contribute to the the evolution of our brand design system to standardize high-quality patterns and increase overall team throughput.
  • Embody our team values, design principles, and standards for craft.


Who you are


  • 5+ years of brand design experience: you've designed experiences that tell a company's story and elevates its brand.
  • A hunger for collaboration: you do your best work when partnering cross-functionally to drive alignment and clarity. You also enjoy mentoring and supporting other Brand Designers of varying levels to their fullest potential.
  • A passion for going beyond the brief: you have experience taking the lead in planning and executing the design roadmap for complex campaigns, including those that span multiple teams or platforms. You proactively identify opportunities to improve the utility, usability, and desirability of business-critical brand experiences.
  • Autonomous when you need to be: You're no stranger to the messy middle of the work, converging/diverging, assessing constraints and risk, and ultimately de-risking the ideal solution path. You consider the brand and business needs of the company with each decision.
  • A strong, yet pragmatic eye for craft: you have a keen eye for detail and craftsmanship while also considerate of deadlines, constraints, and business goals.
  • A great communicator and collaborator: you’re clear and concise in explaining your thought process and in enumerating the tradeoffs made in your work.


We'd be especially excited if you have...


  • Experience and expertise in motion design.
  • Experience building brands in the B2B/SaaS space, or complex multi-product platforms.
  • Experience working in-house.
  • Experience working with multi-timezone teams.
  • Excitement about building a world-class brand!
