Regional Sales Manager

Do you have at least five years of technical sales experience, expertise in medical devices, and are ready to advance your career? Advantage Resourcing has partnered with a leading global provider of medical and industrial foot controls and is hiring a Regional Sales Manager in Woodstock, CT. This position will be working onsite. If you are customer service-oriented, organized, and have strong communication and presentation skills, you are the ideal candidate for this exciting direct-hire opportunity!Salary: $100,000-$120,000Essential Functions• Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding sales performance and objectives.• Maintains accurate records of all sales and activity reports.• Creates and conducts proposal presentations to prospective and existing customers.• Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.• Maintains proper communication with all customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.• Sets short and long-term sales strategies.• Develop key relationships with strategic customers.• Collaborate with the Project, Design, Marketing, and Production teams to ensure customer requirements are met on a timely basis.Qualifications: Associate's Degree in Business related field or 5+ years of experience in sales, experience in territorial, key account, and project management, familiarity/knowledge with medical devices, common business concepts, practices, and procedures, advanced computer and technical skills, and the ability to travel for customer visits (travel is approximately 15-20%).
