• Identify and research potential target companies aligned with Auctane's growth strategy
• Assist in due diligence on target companies, gathering and analyzing financial and operational data
• Help prepare transaction documents like confidentiality agreements and term sheets
• Communicate with internal stakeholders and external advisors
• Participate in post-merger integration planning and process improvement
