Develop and implement a comprehensive market research strategy to support business objectives and drive growth for the Starbucks brand. Lead a team of market research analysts and ensure high-quality, timely delivery of research projects. Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and risks for the brand. Translate complex data into meaningful insights and recommendations that inform business strategy and decision making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to integrate research findings into business plans and initiatives. Monitor and track key performance indicators to evaluate the success of marketing campaigns and new product launches. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging trends to provide thought leadership and innovative ideas for the brand. Manage relationships with external research partners and vendors to ensure high-quality and cost-effective research solutions. Present research findings and insights to senior leadership and other stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the market research team, encouraging experimentation and innovation in research methods and techniques. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to market research and data privacy.
