Campaign Management touches nearly every discipline of the Marketing Department. In doing so, we drive the planning and operational integration and activation of all brand and product marketing campaigns, overseeing campaign execution from the briefing process through activation and post campaign read-out, ultimately bringing a holistic strategic vision to life for the consumer.The Campaign Manager is an experienced professional that can influence a team of functional experts to create and execute marketing plans in service to a given strategy.Responsibilities of the role include:• Deep understanding of segmentation strategies and experience executing tactics aimed at driving awareness, consideration and growth of multicultural audiences, specifically Hispanic and/or Black/African American.• Ensures separate expert/functional areas work together to bring Marketing strategy to life and outcomes are consistent with established strategy• Drives the planning, integration and activation of brand and product marketing campaigns while remaining within budget scope and established timelines.• Works closely with our Strategy team and other functions to build various campaign briefs• Oversees campaign execution through activation and post campaign read-outs• Works with key partners to select tactics to create an integrated campaign while bringing a holistic strategic vision to life for the consumer• Identifies appropriate internal stakeholders and works collaboratively to encourage diverse perspectives• Ensures separate expert/functional areas work together to bring Marketing strategy to life and outcomes are consistent with established strategy• Works closely with analytics and performance marketing to set up key performance indicators and test opportunities to ensure campaign meets objectives and aligns to business outcomes• Influences and communicates with all levels of leadership in post campaign read outs if changes are required based on key performance indicators• Remains current on industry trends and brings forward opportunities for innovation• Proactively identifies opportunities for increasing efficiency and consistency within work processesQualificationsHighly Desired• Bachelors degree (Marketing and Advertising majors preferred)• 5 years marketing experience• 5 years experience working on teams and leading peers• Experience in a campaign management/execution, specifically focused on multicultural audiences• Understanding of brand and marketing performance and effectiveness measurements• Ability to consume strategy artifacts and develop effective marketing plans from insights and information• Ability to get work done through others and build consistent work processes• Ability to build and maintain relationships across teams, departments, peers, and various levels of leadership• A proven track record of driving timelines and execution direction in aligned and actionable waysAdditional Skills• Experience working with all functional aspects of Marketing including analytics teams, creative and media agencies, media, etcSFARM
