You will have direct and indirect responsibilities for projects such as:• Design System development, including style and usage guidelinesApplication of brand assets across internal and external communications including static, digital, motion and events• Collateral material, publications, reports and event spaceWhat you’ll be responsible for:• Maintaining the highest level of design principles and brand consistency throughout the creative development process and apply high-quality creative solutions across a multitude of design projects• Assuming the role of Art Director on a limited, as-needed basis• Assisting less experienced designers and mentoring new team members on processes, brand, department standards, etc.• Collaborating closely with Design Operations teams to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment• Working with team members within and outside of Brand Design to provide solutions that are aligned to strategy and on-brand• Providing evaluation and/or recommendation of design toolsQualificationsQualified candidates will possess the following:• 5+ years of relevant work experience in a design agency environment• Portfolio of work that showcases design experience and technical skills• Proven experience collaborating with design teams and overseeing design execution• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. After Effects is a plus• Strong visual aesthetic and the ability to work within a brand identity system• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of a creative structure, including presenting to senior creative staff and executive levels• Experience with Figma is a plus• Experience with Workfront is a plus• Experience in AI is a plus
