The positions available 60011506, 60012794 and 60032194• *This is a repost, previous applicants must reapply**This position is in the Accounts Payable Section of the Budget and Finance Division and will handle Accounts Payable activities for assigned divisions within the agency. The selected candidate will be responsible for auditing and processing both matching and direct invoices, processing travel reimbursements and making timely payments to vendors in accordance with established guidelines per OSBM, OSC and NCDA policies and procedures. This position will work with the North Carolina Financial System (NCFS), general ledger and accounts payable modules as well as the E-Procurement System and will have personal contact with vendors, division personnel and all levels of management. The selected candidate must have a strong work ethic and experience working with confidential information.
