At Statista, we’re all about facts and data, for we are the world's leading business data platform. By providing reliable and easy-to-use data as well as various data analytics products and services, we empower people worldwide to make fact-based decisions.

Founded in Hamburg in 2007, we have quickly grown into a global company with offices in major cities such as London, New York, Berlin and Tokyo. And we still have a lot of plans. Our constant growth does not only prove our success, but also keeps creating new development and career opportunities for our employees.

We value and celebrate our diverse culture. You are welcome here for who you are, no matter where you come from, what you look like, or whether you prefer bar graphs to pie charts. Your story matters – keep writing it as part of our team.

Are you ready to join us?

 What you’ll do:

As Senior Product Manager “My Account & User Management” you will play a key role in enabling our go-to-market strategy by automating manual work and moving from human touch to tech touch—unlocking growth and efficiency while increasing customer satisfaction at the same time.

  • Own and drive the product roadmap and execution to evolve our “My Account” space into a smart, customer-centric self-service hub that scales with our ambitions.

  • Empower customers to manage their subscription, licenses, payment data and preference settings with ease, while enabling internal teams with intuitive internal interfaces to efficiently manage user accounts, customer data, and permissions.

  • Define and execute strategies around user data, roles and permissions as well as access levels to ensure smooth self-service and access provisioning.

  • Drive process optimizations by automations and further enhancing customer self-serve features with standard solutions or seeking innovation with emerging technologies like AI Agents.

  • Enable other product teams to integrate their features (favorites, history, newsletters, etc.) into the self-service hub to enhance customer engagement.

  • Evolve our central user database, ensuring secure and scalable data access across teams while aligning with regulations and taking care of protecting both user privacy rights and business interests.

Who you are:

With a strong background in product management in B2B digital subscription business, you thrive on complex challenges and enjoy working in a mission-driven environment.

  • 5+ year in product management in B2B SaaS or digital subscription business– with profound experience with self-service portals, user account management or subscription management features.

  • Experienced with optimizing workflows through automation or with e.g. Chatbots, AI agents to create value for (external and internal) customers with seamless user journeys.

  • Structured, process-driven thinker with a customer-centric mind-set and solid business understanding.

  • Valued team-player and skilled in aligning cross-functional teams and managing diverse stakeholders (such as Client Success and Finance).

  • Proven track record in agile product development (e.g. Scrum), data-driven decision making.

  • Experienced in balancing strategic feature development with tech debt management to drive sustainable product evolution.

The team:

You’ll join a newly formed, but highly skilled and motivated Product Engineering team with an Engineering Manager as your counterpart. Reporting to the Director Product Revenue, you’ll work closely with other product managers, engineers, designers, and data experts who are passionate about experimenting, innovating, and driving our product mission of enabling people with trusted data.
