What you’ll be doing:

This role reports to the CEO & COO and you’ll be laying the groundwork for building Steadily into a national powerhouse.  In practice that means working with our product and actuarial teams to launch new insurance products, negotiate reinsurance, work through regulatory issues, manage claims litigation, and oversee compliance.  There’s also a modest amount of general tech company duties: venture capital, employee matters, and contracts.  Steadily works with three external counsels to cover these legal domains today and you’ll be coordinating their work.

Compensation:

Salary of $205,000 - $265,000 annually.

• Hybrid work schedule - 4 days in-office, 1 day WFH
