Steadily’s Accelerator Program is designed for recent college grads to gain valuable, hands-on experience working at a fast growing tech company. The Accelerator Program is a 2 year career development opportunity that begins with a 12 week paid internship. Our 12-week intern program runs from June 17th to September 6th. At the end of the program, the top performing interns will be offered a full-time position on the CX team and continue their career development in the Accelerator Program.

Program Overview
12 week paid internship: June 17th to September 6th
Consideration for full-time role in the Accelerator Program at completion of internship
Must be local or willing to relocate to Kansas City, KS (not available remote)
As an intern, you will work closely with the CX leadership team on activities relating to frontline operations and customer support. This hands-on role will be responsible for helping with customer requests; operations projects; light back office administration. You will support the overall strategic goals and objectives of the Steadily brand.
At the conclusion of the internship, successful candidates who have been offered a full time position as a Support Specialist, will work over the next 6 months in pursuit of their Property & Casualty license. Upon successful completion of the state exam, you will be trained as a Licensed Insurance Specialist as the next step in your career journey. Over the next year, you will continue your development as you work towards a Licensed Account Manager role by your 2 year anniversary.

What You’ll Do
Respond to high volume of inbound calls and email requests from insureds, lenders, and carriers to address servicing requests for active insurance policies.
Provide direct support for post-bind requests from Steadily’s sales agents; e.g. sending certificates of insurance, application signature requests, submitting invoices / taking payment, and processing general endorsement requests.
Perform clerical and administrative tasks related to policy servicing, as needed.

What We Are Looking For:
Accomplished New Grad: You are a Fall ‘23 or Spring ‘24 graduate with a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or similar. Preference will be given to candidates with a 3.8+ GPA and involvement in extracurricular activities.
Communication: You have strong written and verbal communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
Tech Savvy: You have above average technical skills; learning to navigate new systems and tools is easy for you.
Ambitious: You want to make the leap into an earlier-stage tech company to rapidly accelerate your career growth. You are adaptable to a demanding and fast paced environment.
Self-Driven: You thrive under intense pressure; you can manage a large workload with the ability to multi-task and balance priorities. There is no task too small or beneath you; “that’s not my job” is never your mantra.
