What we’re looking for

Stedi is hiring a product designer to support our team’s redesign of the marketing site and some core product components. We work in a highly technical space — it’s full of detail, interesting interaction problems, and knotty user experience challenges.

This role is located in North American or European time zones. 

What you'll do

• Own the redesign and launch of Stedi’s marketing site

• Lead the end-to-end design work, from conception to delivery, for various products on the Stedi platform

• Work collaboratively with engineers and our customer team to identify and solve user, product, and business problems

• Help define strategy — understanding and articulating the product’s goals, success metrics, roadmap, and commitments

• Design and prototype multiple ideas quickly and connect regularly with customers to validate product directions

• Articulate, negotiate, and refine design requirements in collaboration with other designers and engineers to arrive at the best design solutions

Who you are

• 3+ years of design experience at a technical, product-driven tech company with an accompanying portfolio to showcase your work

• Expert in Figma

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members

• Have good practical knowledge of end-to-end product design — from user research, through high-fidelity design and delivery finessing.

• Confident and happy working with engineers and others in cross-functional teams, with a willingness to understand the technical details.

• Experience delivering high-polish, high-quality marketing material.

• Bonus points for Framer, Rive, frontend development, or product management experience.
