Customer Success Manager, SMB - Remote
Steer by Mechanic Advisor is looking for a Customer Success Manager to serve as a trusted advisor for building relationships, driving product adoption, and empowering customers to fulfill their goals in the automotive repair industry.

- Strong customer-facing and presentation skills
- Ability to establish credibility with business owners
Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with customers
- Serve as the main point of contact between clients and the company
- Educate customers on product features through online webinars and consultations
- Develop and execute customer success and engagement plans
- Influence product development roadmap based on customer feedback
Education
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
