Steer by Mechanic Advisor is looking for a Customer Success Manager to serve as a trusted advisor for building relationships, driving product adoption, and empowering customers to fulfill their goals in the automotive repair industry.

Responsibilities

Build strong relationships with customers
Serve as the main point of contact between clients and the company
Educate customers on product features through online webinars and consultations
Develop and execute customer success and engagement plans
Influence product development roadmap based on customer feedback

Education

BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
