Skills

More than 5-8 years of professional experience in mixed research and consultative insight workshop methods
Proven ability to work within a fast-paced, collaborative design process
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Client interaction and consulting experience preferred

Responsibilities

Collaborate with project teams to surface insights that drive business impact
Lead and conduct primary qualitative ethnographic research in the field
Translate insights into actionable recommendations for clients and internal teams
Present findings to various stakeholders and lead the development of user-centered solutions
Contribute to the advancement of the Strategy & Insight practice
