Job DescriptionThis is a Data Analyst role reporting to Data Architect in Boston MA.Work on Client migration (on boarding) Projects as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst responsible for Business Requirements document clearly articulating the data requirements, data analysis, data gaps, Standard Out bounds (Extracts, Interactive Views, Client Reports), Custom Out boundsCoordination with US /UK/India Project teams and third-party vendors or SSC Business units and the ClientsRequirements Analysis, Data Flows, Data Mapping exercise to the source systemsFlexibility to work in UK/India time zones (when required)Train new resourcesQualificationsAt least 6 Yrs of Total IT experienceMin 2 Yrs of experience in working as a Data Analyst / Database DeveloperData Modelling experience; Process Modelling, Data Flow documentationQuery Optimization TechniquesFinancial Services back ground is a mustGood understanding of middle office services - a plusProficient in SQL; Data Modelling; Basic Java ProgrammingData Mapping, Identification of the right source for the standard out bounds, elimination of data redundancies, Data Profiling, TraceabilityData Quality, creating control scripts to identify data quality issues thru the operational control framework ;Data ManagementWork closely with Business Users, Development Team and the BUAT Team on any assignmentState Street IMS application experience - DesirableAdditional InformationThanks & Regards-----------Chris Zion734-274-2717chris at tekwissen dot com
