Stock Replenishment Operative needed to cover shifts for our leading supermarket retailer in Sherborne

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Moving and replenishing stock within the store
• Checking best before and expiry dates
• Making sure display units and shelving looks neat and presentable
• Housekeeping activities
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area
• Working to time scales and deadlines
• Carrying out tasks to the highest standard in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing priorities
• Handling products with care to maintain quality and ensure they reach customers in the best condition.
• Making sure the store is ready for customers arrival
• Work well within a team and communicate openly with others
• Build relationships with colleagues to create a team spirit, having fun and celebrating success
• Be at work on time, well presented and ready to be a brand ambassador

We are seeking a reliable Stock Replenishment Operative who can work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment. The ideal candidate will preferably have experience with stock replenishment . This position requires someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently as well as in a team and be an effective communicator.
