Summary: Operates and maintains the distribution center in the households; responsible for ensuring that all households receive food and supplies that are ordered and maintains a perpetual inventory of all groceries and supplies for cost control. Responsibilities :Receives and verifies deliveries from food vendor, making sure to check expiration dates of perishable foods upon delivery; Unpacks and stores all stock received promptly, breaking down boxes and disposing of all cardboard boxes from deliveries.5. Repackages large case/quantity menu items into appropriate size quantities that are needed for household use; Labels and dates all repackaged items. Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities 2. Experience in dining services, grocery stocking or food distribution preferred3. Ability to read, analyze and interpret reports pertaining to the ordering and distribution of food4.
