Stellenbeschreibung

  • Erster Ansprechpartner für alle Fragestellungen aus der Belegschaft und Übernahme sämtlicher administrativer Aufgaben in der Mitarbeiterbetreuung
  • Pflege der Personalstammdaten sowie Anpassung und Optimierung bestehender HR-Prozesse
  • Erstellung individueller Vertragsdokumenten (z. B. arbeitsvertragliche Vereinbarungen, Bescheinigungen, Zeugnisse)
  • Vorbereitung der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung sowie die Einhaltung von Fristen bei Steuerzahlungen und Sozialabgaben in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem externen Dienstleister
  • Unterstützung bei nationalen und internationalen Recruiting-Prozessen
  • Funktionsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit auf nationaler und internationaler Ebene
  • On- und Offboarding neuer Mitarbeiter, unter anderem die Planung des ersten Arbeitstages, Einbindung der entsprechenden Fachvorgesetzten und Koordination der IT-Themen
  • Verantworten der Zeiterfassung und Überwachung der Arbeitsstunden sowie Fehlzeiten der Angestellten
  • Überwachung und Koordination von Maßnahmen zum Arbeitsschutz und Arbeitssicherheit

Qualifikationen

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung idealerweise ergänzt durch eine Zusatzqualifikation im HR-Bereich und erste Berufserfahrung im operativen Personalmanagement / Personalwesen z. B. als Personalsachbearbeiter, Personalreferent, oder ähnliches
  • Serviceorientierte Teamfähigkeit, gepaart mit Kommunikationsstärke, Diskretion und Vertrauenswürdigkeit
  • Ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität sowie professioneller Umgang mit Ansprechpartnern auf allen betrieblichen Ebenen
  • Strukturierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise sowie sicherer Umgang mit allen MS-Office-Anwendungen
