Strategic Accounts Representative

Job Description:

We’re actively seeking a talented Strategic Accounts Representative to join our team in Newport Beach, CA or Omaha, NE. This role can be on-site or hybrid.

As a Strategic Accounts Representative, you’ll play a key role in Pacific Life’s growth and long-term success by providing sales and marketing support to the Field Directors and assigned partner firms for life insurance. You will fill an existing role that sits on a team of 8 people in the Consumer Markets division. Your colleagues will include other Strategic Accounts Representatives and Specialists, who support partnerships with the Strategic Partnerships' Field Team.

How you will make an impact:
Provide sales and marketing support to field partner(s) and complete projects for partners and firms to support relationships.

Develop firm relationships and obtain results by proactive communication, seek approvals and promotion of life insurance products, compiling meeting notes, report and presentation preparation and distribution, manage firm inquiries and problem resolution within Strategic Accounts and other departments, seek opportunities for Pacific Life at firms to promote tools and materials.

Answer firm level questions on product and marketing material approval and availability, provide knowledge of firm systems, producer information and competition. Create Sales Team communications on firm related developments and updating of resources (internal grids, systems) to support Sales Team sales and activity efforts.

The experience you will bring:
Four-year college degree, with experience in financial services preferred.

FINRA Series 6 or must pass within 90 days of filing with FINRA.

Must have good working knowledge of Windows, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Flexible with the ability to multi-task and meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.

Self-motivated and enthusiastic individual with a passion for relationship development and support.

Base Pay Range:
The base pay range noted provides a basis to determine the appropriate offer dependent upon several factors including but not limited to geographic location, experience, skills, education and pay equity. Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.
$77,300.00 - $96,600.00 - $125,600.00
