Strategic Finance Manager, GTM

Some challenges you'll tackle:

• Be the liaison between finance and our GTM teams
• Lead annual planning, quarterly re-forecasts, and weekly analyses of performance and investments to highlight trends, opportunities, and causes of unexpected variances
• Develop in-depth understanding of growth drivers at Cambly across the entire Marketing funnel; connect our GTM strategy to financial implications and develop actionable recommendations to influence business strategy and direction
• Develop SQL queries and utilize Dashboards to synthesize insights, identify drivers, and test key hypotheses
• Partner closely with our Business Economics and Data team to define business requirements for Data and BI dashboards for scalable and timely business insights and reporting
• Establish and monitor key metrics in partnership with Marketing, Product, Data, and Leadership to measure business performance, proactively highlight risks, and improve forecasts
• Perform ad hoc analysis including, but not limited to, growth and profitability scenarios, volume and mix analysis, and sensitivity analysis across a broad spectrum of variables
• Build models to evaluate new growth opportunities - e.g., geographic expansion, product categories, marketing channels, etc

You should have:

• 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced Strategic Finance / Business Operations role at a high-growth technology company. SaaS industry experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to effectively build and maintain cross-functional relationships, manage multiple competing priorities, and drive projects to completion
• Strong understanding and experience of B2C metrics and motions, including GTM efficiency, sales forecasting, marketing measurement, etc
• Highly proficient in Excel / Sheets with strong modeling skills and attention to detail. Intermediate SQL knowledge is strongly preferred
• An innate curiosity and ability to seamlessly move from intricate details to big picture, proactively developing a point of view on problems or challenges as they surface
