The Strategic Partner Manager will play a critical role in activating, managing, and expanding strategic partnerships. The focus of this position is to establish and achieve business goals, manage partner pipelines, and serve as the partner expert within DarioHealth. The Strategic Partner Manager will develop and manage collaborations that both support and extend our client base. Reporting to the VP of Client Success, this role will manage current partners, nurture joint sales opportunities to drive revenue, and build senior relationships.

The ideal candidate for this role will have strong knowledge of, and proven success selling into, the employee benefits space and demonstrated success in activating, onboarding, and managing channel partners (brokers, health plans, and benefits platforms).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture high-growth strategic channel partnerships; ability to facilitate partner development efforts with tangible outcomes
  • Develop go-to-market and execution plans for partners - joint marketing plans, training, management of pipeline opportunities, etc.
  • Develop best practices to engage with partners, escalate issues and set clear expectations with partners
  • Surface, evaluate, prioritize and manage partner pipelines prospects
  • Work with Sales and Marketing to build awareness and demand for the DarioHealth solution delivered through partners
  • Initiate and develop (in concert with others where appropriate) relationships with key executive influencers and decision-makers
  • Support sales and strategy for joint partners offerings
  • Draft proposals, negotiate business terms, and close contracts
  • Develop and deliver highly polished written and visual presentations
  • Collaborate and problem-solve at all levels of the partner organization and become the connector to different stakeholders
  • Support joint value proposition with sales teams to ensure awareness and collaboration
  • Be directly responsible for increasing the number of qualified leads from partners
  • Establish mutually agreed-upon objectives and financial targets, along with a cadence for communication

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience selling into, and managing, employer/health plan clients; including selling employee benefits solutions through benefit consultants and/or partners
  • Proven track record of building strong executive relationships, with partners and prospects
  • Proven history of managing pipeline and achieving revenue targets
  • Proven track record of qualifying, negotiating, monitoring, and analyzing partnership effectiveness
  • Ability to juggle and complete multiple, competing priorities in a fast-paced, fluid working environment
  • Strong self-starter with a track record of proactively accomplishing goals
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • BA/S degree, MBA, or other advanced degree preferred
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time
