In your role as Director, Consultant Relations, you’ll be uncovering, developing, and collaborating with the consulting community to build market awareness and leading to more consultant-generated sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Build strategic relationships across a matrix of roles and areas of expertise within consulting firms
  • Increasing awareness, education, new opportunities, and revenue through consultant firm specifically targeting Subject Matter Experts and Innovation Leaders
  • Manage day-to-day interactions with consulting firms by owning existing relationships with assigned firms
  • Help increase Dario’s market share by developing meaningful engagement with the benefit consulting community
  • Demonstrate a broad comprehension of the consultants’ expectations, customer’s needs, market trends, industry challenges, major players, relevant products, and technologies
  • Develop strategic growth and education plans for your assigned consultant partners
  • Represent Dario at regional and national conferences

Requirements

  • A proven track record of success working with large employers
  • 7+ years of sales or consulting experience (channel/partnership experience)
  • Experience in a business-to-business environment, selling healthcare IT and services
  • A robust network of contacts
  • Experience managing and selling in an employee benefit environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Outstanding presentation skills, including effectiveness in small and large group settings, both in person and via virtual meeting tools and/or conference calls
  • Strong project and client management skills
  • Deep critical thinking and analytical skills
  • The ability to work collaboratively with highly talented sales professionals
  • The ability to energize, develop and build rapport at all levels within an organization
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline
