What You Will Do

• Drive high-impact marketing solution through various campaign activation inside Tokopedia platform
• Create go-to-market or marketing pitch strategy to unlock potential product or campaign monetization
• Responsible for the end-to-end campaign planning, including campaign activity and key promotion to bring the best shopping experience for users
• Monitor and analyze campaign and monetization improvement
• Maintain collaboration with different stakeholders such as, sales team, operation and product team, marketing team, and many more
• Learn from market and industry research, brainstorm and make recommendations regarding untapped growth opportunities for marketing solution team

What This Role Needs

• Bachelor's degree from any major
• Experience in marketing-related field is a plus
• Excellent in project management, strong analytic and problem solving skills with attention to detail
• Creative and a storyteller
• Strong verbal and written communication skill in english is highly preferred
• Strong proficiency in excel and powerpoint
• Adaptable, fast learner, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Self-driven and a team player
