Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Digital Strategist to join our team and help us drive digital strategy, transformation and innovation across our organization. The Senior Digital Strategist will be responsible for mapping a clear digital path for key clients, leveraging customer insights, competitive insights, and UX methodologies to reimagine next-generation digital experiences. The ideal candidate is a creative strategic thinker who is passionate about leveraging digital channels to deliver exceptional customer and employee experiences and drive overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy that leverages customer insights, competitive insights, and UX methodologies to reimagine next-gen digital experiences.
- Utilize research and analysis to gain customer and competitive insights and identify opportunities for innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including C-level executives, to ensure alignment across departments and channels.
- Use evidence gathered during the discovery process to educate C-level buyers of the need for change and to move forward with your strategic recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing, innovation, and customer/employee experience, and bring new ideas to the table.
- Develop a deep understanding of the industry landscape, including emerging trends, competitive dynamics, and consumer behavior.
- Leverage cross-industry knowledge to inform and optimize digital strategies, and proactively identify new opportunities for growth.
- Educate internal stakeholders on cross-industry trends and best practices and serve as a thought leader on digital strategy within the organization.
- Actively participate in the development and articulation of winning sales solutions for enterprise digital transformation opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in selling and delivering enterprise level customer experience and/or digital transformation projects within a professional services organization.
- Strong understanding of UX methodologies and how they can be applied to digital experiences.
- Experience with research and analysis to gain customer and competitive insights.
- Professional services experience across multiple functions / business units.
- Proven ability to map a clear digital path for a company and deliver innovative digital experiences (WX and CX).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with C-level executives.
- Trained and Experienced in Consultative Selling.
- Excellent workshop facilitation and problem-solving skills ideally including experience with Design Thinking methods
- Knowledge of digital channels and technology inclusive of how they can be leveraged to drive business growth.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects, pursuits, and client relationships simultaneously.
- Ability to leverage research and project experience to develop and effectively communicate relevant leading practices and trends.
