You’ll take on projects that require rigorous analytical thinking and creative problem solving. You might investigate which markets our investment strategies should target for expansion, evaluate whether and where to open a new office, research prospective new investors for our funds, or develop a plan for launching an opportunistic credit fund.
Throughout the summer, you’ll work closely with your manager and other mentors who will support your professional development. You’ll participate in our robust, customized learning curriculum, which is designed to help you strengthen your skills, learn new ones, and build a strong foundational knowledge of our firm and industry. You’ll also have regular opportunities to learn about us and our industry from internal and external experts, get to know employees across the firm, and enjoy events and outings like volunteer days, Broadway musicals, and intern game nights.
