We’re looking to add a Strategy & Operations Manager (Supply Operations) to our team. This role will be ensuring that we have enough Helpers (Supply), who are out in the field for Dolly, moving the items for our customers; by ensuring that we are using the best technology and tactics to attract and retain top quality Helpers to the organization.

A typical day will include using data to identify bottlenecks and opportunities to optimize our application funnel and to automate and improve steps in our overall application process with the goal of decreasing days in funnel for new applicants. You will also be responsible for designing, testing, and deploying new tactics to onboarding and activating newly approved Helpers and Hands to get them completing their first jobs on the platform. Overall, you will improve activation and onboarding rates, increase Supply satisfaction, and reduce cost per applicant. You will also report directly to the Director of Supply Operations; they like to lead with transparency and flexibility.
