- Manage the Digital Adoption Platform (DAP)

- Investigate and resolve customer engagement issues
- Create playbooks and content for customer journeys
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders
- Analyze data for optimizing customer journey
- Report on the impact of digital solutions
