Solutions Engineer - Client Success
Strider is revolutionizing the way companies protect their innovation. We are looking for a Client Success Solutions Engineer to tackle security and technology challenges for our clients.
Skills
- Client-facing solution architect experience
- Experience in corporate/government security programs
- Knowledge of SIEM platforms, UEBA, UBA systems, and SCRM tools
- Ability to code with scripting languages and/or programming languages
- Fast learner with high learning agility
- Strong communication and time management skills
Responsibilities
- Be the technical lead for all post-sales tasks for clients
- Partner closely with internal business partners to provide the right resources to clients
- Act with urgency to meet client needs
- Anticipate client needs and opportunities
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in client interactions
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
